Instructions for Poaching
- Lightly grease a small ramekin with cooking spray or oil and set aside.
- Pour 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of water into the greased ramekin.
- Crack a fresh egg into the center of the ramekin.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Gently place the ramekin in the air fryer and cook for 6–8 minutes.
- Carefully remove the ramekin from the air fryer, let excess water drain, and serve immediately.
