Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Whisk well for a smooth mixture for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in the granola, ensuring it remains crunchy. This should take less than a minute.
  3. Fill the molds or cups with half of the yogurt and granola mixture, packing it down lightly.
  4. Layer the chopped peaches on top of the yogurt mixture evenly.
  5. Add the remaining yogurt and granola mixture on top, smoothing it out.
  6. Top off the pops with the remaining chopped peaches, pressing slightly into the mixture.
  7. Insert pop sticks into the center of each pop, or cover paper cups with foil and puncture for sticks.
  8. Freeze for 4-6 hours or until completely firm.
