Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Using your thumb or the back of a teaspoon, make an indentation in the center of each cookie.
Fill the indentations with red and blue jam, alternating colors for a festive look.
Sprinkle the tops with red, white, and blue sprinkles.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
