Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.

Spread the cookie dough evenly into the prepared baking pan. Use a spatula to smooth the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the cookie bars to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, spread the white frosting evenly over the top and sprinkle with red and blue sprinkles.
Cut into squares and serve.
