Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the pretzel sticks evenly across the baking sheet.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzels, spreading it evenly.
In separate microwave-safe bowls, melt the red and blue candy melts in the same manner as the white chocolate.
Drizzle the melted red and blue candy melts over the white chocolate-covered pretzels in a zigzag pattern.
While the candy melts are still wet, sprinkle the red, white, and blue sprinkles over the top.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the bark to set.
Once set, break the bark into pieces and serve.
