Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden on both sides.
  3. Transfer to a baking dish. Spread ranch dressing on top, then layer with Parmesan and shredded cheese.
  4. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and chicken is cooked through.

  • Use a meat mallet to pound chicken evenly for quicker cooking. Pairs well with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables
