Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place on a baking tray lined with foil. Roast for 30 minutes.
- Brush with BBQ sauce and roast another 10–15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
