Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even cooking.
  2. Slice a small head of cabbage into thick ½ inch rounds and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine your choice of ground meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Shape the meat mixture into patties that fit comfortably on the cabbage rounds.
  5. Place the patties on the cabbage rounds and bake for approximately 25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Optionally, add cheese on top of each patty and broil for another 3-5 minutes until melted.
