  • to taste Pepper
For the Wraps
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas Whole wheat or gluten-free alternatives are great.
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Garlic Sauce Can substitute with ranch or yogurt-based sauce.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Feel free to mix in spicy cheeses.
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Feel free to mix in spicy cheeses.

Equipment

  • Non-Stick Skillet

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss thoroughly to ensure that every piece is evenly coated with the savory spices. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken. Sauté the chicken for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it's golden brown and fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Lay out each tortilla on a clean workspace. Spread a generous layer of creamy garlic sauce evenly across each tortilla. Next, add a portion of the cooked chicken onto the center of each tortilla and sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Carefully fold the tortillas over the chicken and cheese mixture, tucking in the sides to secure the filling. Return the wraps to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
  5. Once the wraps are beautifully golden and the cheese is tantalizingly melty, remove them from the skillet. Slice each wrap in half and serve hot.
