Ingredients
Method
- Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add pasta and reserved water. Toss well and season.
- Serve with parmesan on top.
Notes
- Add chili flakes or lemon zest for extra zing.
