Method
- Combine crushed ladyfingers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and coffee until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Spread mixture over crust. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- For stronger coffee flavor, brush extra espresso on the crust.
- Top with chocolate curls or mini ladyfingers for a pretty finish.
