Ingredients

For the mango float:
  • 4 ripe mangoes peeled and thinly sliced
  • 3 cups heavy cream chilled
  • ½ can 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 64 pieces Biscoff cookies or graham crackers

Method

  1. Prepare the Whipped Cream
  2. In a chilled mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Add the condensed milk and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  4. Assemble the Layers
  5. Place a layer of Biscoff cookies at the bottom of a dish.
  6. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the cookies.
  7. Arrange a layer of sliced mangoes on top.
  8. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream.
  9. Chill and Set
  10. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the cookies to soften and absorb the flavors.
  11. Serve and Enjoy
  12. Garnish with extra mango slices or crushed cookies before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe, sweet mangoes for the best flavor.
  • Letting the dessert chill overnight enhances the texture and taste.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for a firmer, icebox-style treat.
  • For added crunch, sprinkle crushed nuts or toasted coconut between layers.
