Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two loaf pans.

  3. Add in the vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  4. Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt; mix gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the blueberries gently to avoid breaking them.
  6. Divide the batter between the two prepared loaf pans and smooth the tops.
  7. Bake in the oven for approximately 50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
