Method
- Place the roast in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch and au jus seasoning packets over the top.
- Add butter on top of the roast, then place pepperoncini and juice around it.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until fork-tender.
- Shred and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or rolls.

- No additional liquid is needed—trust the process!
- Leftovers are great for sandwiches the next day.
