Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
If using, fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a small loaf.
Place the mini meatloaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with extra BBQ sauce.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
