Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the potato gnocchi and cook for 2-3 minutes, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until melted and thickened.
  4. Add the drained gnocchi to the sauce, toss to coat, then drizzle with 1 tablespoon of truffle oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove from heat, sprinkle with 1/4 cup of chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
