Spread the mixture generously over both sides of each chicken breast. Place the coated chicken in the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
For a golden-brown finish, broil the chicken for 2–3 minutes after baking.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
