  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled; or use goat cheese or omit for dairy-free
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice Can substitute lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs Basil or parsley, or any of your choice

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out whole wheat dough until about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Ensure the oven is fully preheated for a crispy crust. Gather toppings.
  3. In a bowl, combine chopped olives, drained artichokes, diced peppers, crumbled feta, and lime juice. Mix gently.
  4. Transfer rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes until edges are golden.
  5. Spread topping mixture evenly over baked flatbread.
  6. Switch oven to broil and broil the flatbread for 30-60 seconds until toppings are bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool, slice into wedges, and serve warm with fresh herbs.
