Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, add chopped ripe mango, seeded habanero peppers, honey, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Stir these ingredients together over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Continue cooking on medium heat for approximately 15 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking, until the sauce thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before blending until smooth and glossy.
  4. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning with more honey or lime juice if necessary.
  5. Let the sauce cool to room temperature and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.
