Mango Delight Cheesecake is a tropical dessert delight!

This no-bake mango cheesecake is silky, fruity, and topped with a velvety mango cream — a tropical dessert dream.

Ingredients
  

Crust:
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
Filling:
  • 2 cups cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
Topping (Velvet Cream):
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Combine crust ingredients and press into a springform pan. Chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla.
  3. Fold in mango puree and whipped cream. Spread over crust.
  4. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  5. Mix topping ingredients and spread over chilled cheesecake before serving.

  • Use fresh mangoes or canned puree. Chill overnight for best results.
