Method
- Combine crust ingredients and press into a springform pan. Chill.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla.
- Fold in mango puree and whipped cream. Spread over crust.
- Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Mix topping ingredients and spread over chilled cheesecake before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh mangoes or canned puree. Chill overnight for best results.
