  • 1/2 cup Half-and-half Can be replaced with heavy cream or whole milk.
For the Mushrooms
  • 12 pieces White Button Mushrooms Cremini or portobello mushrooms can be used.
  • 1 cup Provolone Cheese Grated.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
For the Topping
  • 1/4 cup Extra Panko Breadcrumbs Use additional herbs or spices if desired.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or Butter Drizzle before baking.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms with a damp towel and remove the stems and gills.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the panko, Herb Pub Cheese, and half-and-half until smooth.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling, packing it slightly and topping with provolone and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until cheese is melty and filling is bubbly. Broil for 2-3 minutes for a crisp topping.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
