Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cleaning the yellow potatoes and piercing them with a fork. Microwave for about 7-8 minutes until fork-tender.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place the naan bread on baking sheets with the bubble side facing up.
  3. Spread the garlic and herb cheese onto each piece of naan and sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over it.
  4. Distribute the sliced potatoes evenly over the cheese-covered naan and add the remaining cheddar cheese followed by the bacon bits.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and naan edges are golden brown.
  6. Chop the green onions while the pizzas are baking and set aside.
  7. Remove the pizzas from the oven and top with chopped green onions before serving warm.
