Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the ricotta mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
