Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, lemon juice, zest, and Parmesan cheese.
- Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.

- Use lemon zest for extra brightness
- Add spinach or peas for color
- Substitute with half-and-half for a lighter sauce
