Method
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and ginger. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Serve over rice, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by increasing or decreasing red pepper flakes. This also works great in lettuce wraps or rice bowls.
