  • 1 lb chicken cut into serving pieces
  • 4 tomatoes sliced into wedges
  • 1 cube Knorr Chicken Cube
  • 2 bunches bok choy
  • 3 long green chili peppers
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 thumbs ginger crushed
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • fish sauce to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a medium-sized pot over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Sauté chopped garlic until golden brown, then add sliced onion and crushed ginger, stirring until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and cook each side for about 1 minute until golden.
  4. Stir in half of the sliced tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the water and bring to a boil, gently bubbling for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add the Knorr Chicken Cube and fish sauce, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Uncover and add the remaining tomatoes, long green chili peppers, and bok choy, then cover again and cook for 3 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat, season with black pepper and fish sauce to taste, then serve warm over rice.
