  • 1 cup Sauerkraut Rinsed and drained.
  • 2 cups Swiss Cheese Shredded or sliced.
For the Mustard Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Light mayonnaise can reduce fat content.
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard Choose your favorite variety.
  • Optional Seasoning Such as garlic powder or paprika for flavor.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Layer the corned beef as the base in a greased baking dish, covering the entire surface.
  3. Spread the rinsed sauerkraut evenly on top of the corned beef layer.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and mustard to create the mustard sauce, then drizzle over the sauerkraut.
  5. Add a generous layer of Swiss cheese on top of the sauce.
