Method
- Wash and hull the strawberries if using fresh ones. If using frozen, no need to prep.
- Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
- Add strawberries, avocado, almond milk, and maple syrup to a blender.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
Notes
- For a thicker consistency, use frozen strawberries or reduce the amount of almond milk.
- If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add an extra tablespoon of maple syrup or a ripe banana.
- You can substitute almond milk with oat milk, coconut milk, or any milk of your choice.
