Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries if using fresh ones. If using frozen, no need to prep.
  2. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
  3. Add strawberries, avocado, almond milk, and maple syrup to a blender.
  4. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if needed.
  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • For a thicker consistency, use frozen strawberries or reduce the amount of almond milk.
  • If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add an extra tablespoon of maple syrup or a ripe banana.
  • You can substitute almond milk with oat milk, coconut milk, or any milk of your choice.
