Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 packet 1 oz. ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions optional garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare Crockpot:Spray the crockpot lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine Ingredients:Place chicken breasts into the crockpot. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken and top with softened cream cheese.
  3. Cook Chicken:Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and easy to shred.
  4. Shred and Mix:Shred the cooked chicken using two forks, mixing thoroughly with the cream cheese. Add shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon. Stir until cheese melts completely.
  5. Serve and Garnish:Serve immediately, topped with additional bacon crumbles and sliced green onions, if desired.
