  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned but not fully cooked.
  4. In the same skillet, add curry powder and stir for about 30 seconds. Pour in coconut milk and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Return meatballs to the skillet, cover, and let them simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
