Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 –3 jalapeños sliced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: green onions or cilantro for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch until smooth.
  3. Fold in chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, and jalapeños. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer to prepared dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Garnish as desired before serving.

  • Add cooked cauliflower rice or steamed broccoli for a fuller meal.
