Method
- Cook pasta according to the package. Drain, rinse, and cool.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, banana peppers, olives, meats, and cheese.
- Pour dressing over and toss well to combine.
- Chill for 30–60 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Lettuce can be added just before serving to keep it crisp.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil for a lighter texture.
- Great for lunchboxes or picnics.
