Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully slice the pears in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Arrange the halved pears cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the cut sides with melted butter and squeeze fresh lemon juice over them.
  5. Roast the pears for 20-25 minutes until tender and caramelized.
  6. Flip each pear half so the cut side is facing up again and drizzle with lemon juice.
  7. Sprinkle the blue cheese over the pears, add chopped walnuts, and drizzle with honey.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with thyme before serving.
