  • 1 cup Greek yogurt any yogurt type can work as a substitute
  • 2 tablespoons Honey use maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 1 large egg try aquafaba for an egg-free alternative
For the Toast
  • 2 slices Brioche bread can swap with sourdough or challah
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries or any berries like raspberries or blackberries
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries can substitute with peaches or banana
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar optional for garnish

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (oven to 400°F).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and large egg until smooth.
  3. Press the centers of brioche slices to create wells for the custard.
  4. Spoon the custard mixture into each well of the brioche slices.
  5. Top with fresh blueberries and sliced strawberries.
  6. Air fry for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove and let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with honey before serving.
