  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1 teaspoon Flaky Sea Salt for sprinkling

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 3 mm thickness and cut out circles.
  3. Combine Nutella, melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the Nutella mixture in the center of each pastry circle, leaving a border.
  5. Fold the pastry over to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges using a fork.
  6. Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the pastries, then sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Allow the bombs to cool on a rack for about 5 minutes.
  9. Dust with cocoa powder or powdered sugar before serving.
