Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper and greasing it lightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and granulated sugar, beating until smooth and creamy (2-3 minutes).
- Add the eggs, one at a time, blending thoroughly after each addition.
- Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth (1-2 minutes).
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown on top with a slight jiggle.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
