Step-by-Step Instructions for Hot Sausage Feta Honey Pizza
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out your pizza dough to about ¼ inch thickness and transfer to a greased pizza stone or baking sheet.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the hot Italian sausage and break into small pieces, cooking until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Brush the rolled out dough lightly with olive oil, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, then distribute the cooked sausage and crumbled feta on top. Optionally, sprinkle red pepper flakes.
  4. Bake the pizza in the oven for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  5. Drizzle hot honey over the baked pizza and optionally add more red pepper flakes and fresh herbs before serving.
