Step-by-Step Instructions for Hot Sausage Feta Honey Pizza
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out your pizza dough to about ¼ inch thickness and transfer to a greased pizza stone or baking sheet.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the hot Italian sausage and break into small pieces, cooking until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Brush the rolled out dough lightly with olive oil, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, then distribute the cooked sausage and crumbled feta on top. Optionally, sprinkle red pepper flakes.
- Bake the pizza in the oven for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
