  • 1/2 teaspoon Maple Extract or more vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the Waffle Iron to medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple extract.
  3. Soak brioche slices in the batter until well-coated, allowing excess to drip off.
  4. Spray the waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray, place a soaked slice in, and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Carefully remove the waffle and repeat with remaining slices.
  6. Serve hot immediately with powdered sugar, maple syrup, or toppings of choice.
