  • ¼ cup Blue Cheese Can omit for a milder flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Butter Melted, unsalted is recommended.
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Minced.
  • Parsley To taste, fresh or dried.
  • Hawaiian Dinner Rolls Or any soft dinner rolls.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC), and gather all your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken with the ½ cup of Buffalo sauce in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Place the bottom half of the Hawaiian dinner rolls snugly in the baking dish, then spread ¼ cup of ranch dressing evenly across the rolls.
  4. Sprinkle 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese over the ranch dressing, then layer the chicken mixture evenly on top.
  5. If using blue cheese, sprinkle ¼ cup of crumbled cheese on top of the chicken.
  6. Place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls over the layered ingredients and press down gently.
  7. Mix 1 tablespoon of melted butter with ½ teaspoon of minced garlic, and brush this over the tops of the rolls, then sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
