- Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC), and gather all your ingredients and equipment.
- Combine the shredded chicken with the ½ cup of Buffalo sauce in a medium mixing bowl.
- Place the bottom half of the Hawaiian dinner rolls snugly in the baking dish, then spread ¼ cup of ranch dressing evenly across the rolls.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese over the ranch dressing, then layer the chicken mixture evenly on top.
- If using blue cheese, sprinkle ¼ cup of crumbled cheese on top of the chicken.
- Place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls over the layered ingredients and press down gently.
- Mix 1 tablespoon of melted butter with ½ teaspoon of minced garlic, and brush this over the tops of the rolls, then sprinkle with parsley.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
