  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend together softened cream cheese, diced chilies, shredded cheddar cheese, red onion, and bell pepper. Add sour cream, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne. Mix until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas and spoon the filling evenly onto each. Roll each tortilla tightly to encase the filling.
  4. Slice each rolled tortilla into five pieces at a 45-degree angle and arrange on the baking sheet, cut side up.
  5. Bake for about 8 minutes until golden around the edges.
  6. Switch to high broil and broil for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let the antojitos cool slightly before serving. Pair with basil pesto sour cream dip.
