- Start by grabbing a tall glass and pouring in 1.5 cups of cold brew coffee. If you’re feeling adventurous, add 1 tablespoon of coffee liqueur and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until all ingredients are well combined.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ¼ cup of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese, 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk, and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until it becomes thick and smooth but remains pourable.
