Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the potato gnocchi for 2-4 minutes until they float, then drain.
  2. Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add gnocchi and sear for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan, rosemary, and parsley until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine seared gnocchi with the creamy sauce, tossing gently to coat.
  7. Serve in bowls, garnishing with extra Parmesan and herbs, and optional red pepper flakes.
