Step-by-Step Instructions for Hot Honey Ranch Chicken Thighs
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, milk, dried chives, garlic powder, ranch powder, salt, pepper, and hot honey. Whisk until smooth and well-blended. Reserve a small portion for basting later.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl, coating each piece generously with marinade. Cover the bowl and marinate for 2 to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. After 20 minutes, baste the tops of the thighs with reserved marinade, flip them and baste again. Cook for an additional 10 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Once cooked, let the chicken thighs rest for a few minutes and drizzle with remaining hot honey before serving.

Notes

Allowing the chicken to marinate overnight enhances the flavor and ensures juiciness. Use olive or avocado oil for the best results and avoid overcrowding the air fryer for optimal crispiness.
