Chicken

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes. Heat gently until warm, then set aside.
  2. Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create four thinner cutlets.
  3. Combine all seasoning ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Prepare three shallow dishes with seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and Panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs. Set aside.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet and fry cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Remove chicken and crumble feta cheese over each piece. Broil for 2-3 minutes until melted.
  8. Drizzle warm hot honey mixture over the chicken and serve warm.
