  • 1/2 cup cucumbers sliced
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, and olive oil to create the dressing.
  2. Add the shredded chicken to the dressing and toss until well coated.
  3. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  4. Place a portion of the honey mustard chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  5. Add chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced cucumbers on top of the chicken.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  7. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
