Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare the salmon filets by patting them dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose seasoning, seafood seasoning, dry jerk seasoning, and wet jerk seasoning. Marinate the salmon filets for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Arrange the salmon filets on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for 5 minutes to redistribute the juices.
  5. In a saucepan, heat extra virgin olive oil. Add red onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  6. Add BBQ sauce, honey, and water to the saucepan. Stir continuously until slightly thickened.
  7. Pour the sauce evenly over the rested salmon filets, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  8. Return the salmon to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
  9. Remove from the oven and garnish with finely chopped parsley. Serve warm with coconut rice or a salad.
