Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cups mixed stir fry vegetables
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet. Cook shrimp until pink, then remove.
  2. Add garlic and vegetables; stir fry for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Whisk honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and cornstarch slurry.
  4. Add shrimp back to skillet and pour in sauce. Stir until thick and glossy.
  5. Serve over rice or noodles.
