Method
- Heat oil in a skillet. Cook shrimp until pink, then remove.
- Add garlic and vegetables; stir fry for 3–4 minutes.
- Whisk honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and cornstarch slurry.
- Add shrimp back to skillet and pour in sauce. Stir until thick and glossy.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
