Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • Optional garnish: green onions sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until pink.
  4. Pour sauce over shrimp and cook for another 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Serve immediately with garnish, if desired.

Notes

    • Works great with frozen shrimp—just thaw first!
    • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy version.
