- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss to coat and spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a bowl to make the sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add sliced onion, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until soft.
