Method
- Heat oil in a pot and brown the beef. Set aside.
- Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add beef, broth, water, tomatoes, and seasonings.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
- Add carrots, potatoes, green beans, and corn. Cook until veggies are tender, about 30 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot.
